Shipping & Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority!
If you are not completely satisfied with a nakerybeauty.com purchase, please return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our Return Portal to initiate your product return.
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges including those with or without proof of purchase. You can return any items once received, with the exception of sale items, samples, and free gifts with purchase. by using our return process.
If you wish to return a Nakery product that was purchased anywhere other than nakerybeauty.com, please reference that specific retailers return policy for instructions on how to do so.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, email customersupport@nakerybeauty.com with your order number to request a return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to complete the process.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return and will follow with a confirmation email once done. After processing, the refunded amount should be available on your original method of payment within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Please email us at customersupport@nakerybeauty.com as soon as possible. Orders that have begun processing cannot be canceled or edited. If you no longer wish to receive your order, you are welcome to return your items through our Return Portal within 30 days of your purchase date.
Shipping
At this time, Nakery Beauty is shipping to addresses in the USA and Canada only. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing prior to your delivery timeframe. Expected delivery for Standard Shipping is 5-6 business days from the time the order is shipped. During peak times (i.e. Holiday Sale), order preparation is extended to 7-10 business days and then shipped.
We ship Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST; weekends or US holidays do not count as business days.

Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to your delivery timeframe.
Please note that orders placed Friday after 12:30 PM EST through Sunday will begin processing the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped out.
