Shipping & Returns


We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders. At this time, we only ship in the U.S.

Items are eligible for return within 30-days of your ship date. All items must be returned in its original condition (unused and unaltered) and in original packaging. Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable. Only items purchased on nakerybeauty.com will be accepted for return.

Please reach out to our customer support team at customersupport@nakerybeauty.com to initiate your return. Have your order number ready!

Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed upon arrival at our warehouse. Once the return is approved you will receive an email confirmation that the refund has been processed. It may take your bank or credit card company up to 7 business days to process the credit once the refund is issued. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

If your package or product was damaged during shipment, notify us immediately at customersupport@nakerybeauty.com. In your message, please include your order number along with an attached photo of the damaged package and/or damaged item(s).
Please do not discard the product or the packaging as these materials may be required for your claim to be processed.


After completing checkout, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email with tracking information. We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so we are unable to make any changes or process cancellations. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately at customersupport@nakerybeauty.com
Orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST, and on weekends will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for orders to be processed during the holidays and other busy sales periods.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept CODs, personal checks, money orders, credit cards with billing address outside the United States, credit card gift cards, or layaway.

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses inside certain states within the United States.

Occasionally, orders or item(s) on order are canceled by our system for various reasons, including:
Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing payment information.
- Duplicate order was placed.
- Cannot ship to the address provided.
- Shipping address is a reshipper or mail forwarding service.
If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items, however please allow several business days for the refund to process. Skincare routines should follow:

Hydra-C Oil to Foam Cleanser for face/body for cleansing, brightening and exfoliating. SkinBright or SkinRepair Serum Treatments. SkinInfusion Serum + Oil. Rapid Lift Multi-Peptide Serum. Peptide + Collagen Wrinkle Plumping Cream. Wrinkle Eraser.

While the Wrinkle Eraser works best on clean, dry skin, it can be used on top of products as a targeted treatment or a last step in routine.

Rapid Lift is best used on clean, dry skin as it is a serum step. You can absolutely apply makeup or moisturizer over top! It also works as a great makeup primer.

Rapid Lift serum works best on clean, dry skin- directly after cleansing. Using 1-2 drops for the entire face and neck area, massage into skin to watch fine lines, wrinkles, and other skin issues disappear while loose skin is lifted! You may feel a tightening sensation, this is the product working. If your skin feels dry after using, apply moisturizer.

We recommend using our SkinRepair serum at night on clean skin. Be sure to wear SPF in the morning!

SkinInfusion is the power of a serum packed into an oil – it can be used directly after cleansing as a serum on clean, dry skin. It can also be used as a final step for a more dewy, youthful glow. It can also be mixed with moisturizers!

Absolutely! SkinRestore Wash has a pH that works well with skin so it can be used on face, body and hair as a shampoo with built in conditioning treatment!

Lifting, firming, helps with stretch-marks, evening skin’s tone. It will also provide your daily dose of hydration!

The pressed oil is a solid balm, it can become soft as you use the product. Are you seeing a liquidy substance? This can happen in transit, and can be eased if put in the fridge to harden. We are also happy to replace the product should you not be satisfied!
