Shipping & Returns

What is your shipping policy?

We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders. At this time, we only ship FREE in the lower 48 United States. Nakery Beauty is not responsible for carrier or weather delays on any orders. Typical domestic ground shipping service delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

What is your return policy?

Domestic (U.S.) orders and items are eligible for return within 30-days of your ship date. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All items must be returned in its original condition (unused and unaltered) and in original packaging. Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable. Only items purchased on nakerybeauty.com will be accepted for return. To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal.

How do I start a Return?

Please visit our Return Portal to initiate your product return. Be sure to have your order number ready!

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed upon arrival at our warehouse. Once the return is approved you will receive an email confirmation that the refund has been processed. It may take your bank or credit card company up to 7 business days to process the credit once the refund is issued. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your package or product was damaged during shipment, notify us immediately at customersupport@nakerybeauty.com. In your message, please include your order number along with an attached photo of the damaged package and/or damaged item(s).
Please do not discard the product or the packaging as these materials may be required for your claim to be processed.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Due to our turnaround time, we cannot cancel orders after they are placed. We can, however, initiate a return for you once you receive your order.

How do I check on an order I have placed?

After completing checkout, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email with tracking information. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at customersupport@nakerybeauty.com and have your order number available.

How do I cancel or change an order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so we are unable to make any changes or process cancellations. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately at customersupport@nakerybeauty.com


Orders placed on Friday after 12pm EST, and on weekends will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for orders to be processed during the holidays and other busy sales periods.

What are my payment options?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept CODs, personal checks, money orders, credit cards with billing address outside the United States, credit card gift cards, or layaway.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses inside certain states within the United States.

Why was my order canceled?

Occasionally, orders or item(s) on order are canceled by our system for various reasons, including:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Difficulty in processing payment information.
  • Duplicate order was placed.
  • Cannot ship to the address provided.
  • Shipping address is a reshipper or mail forwarding service.


If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items, however please allow several business days for the refund to process. Skincare routines should follow:

How do I use Skip the Line Instant Wrinkle Eraser?

While the Wrinkle Eraser works best on clean, dry skin, it can be used on top of products as a targeted treatment or a last step in routine.

Can I use moisturizer after Rapid Lift Multi-Peptide Serum?

Rapid Lift is best used on clean, dry skin as it is a serum step. You can absolutely apply makeup or moisturizer over top! It also works as a great makeup primer.

Can I use SkinRepair Double-Retinol in the AM and PM? When should I use it?

We recommend using our SkinRepair serum at night on clean skin. Be sure to wear SPF in the morning!

How do I incorporate SkinInfusion Serum+Oil into my routine?

SkinInfusion is the power of a serum packed into an oil – it can be used directly after cleansing as a serum on clean, dry skin. It can also be used as a final step for a more dewy, youthful glow. It can also be mixed with moisturizers!

How do I use Rapid Lift Multi-Peptide Serum and the Power Boost + Peptide + Collagen Wrinkle Plumping Serum-in-Cream?

Massage in the Rapid Lift Multi-Peptide Serum first to clean dry skin in an upward motion, lifting and pressing it into the skin. Then apply the Power Boost+ Peptide + Collagen Wrinkle Plumping Serum-in-Cream on top to lock in the lift and instantly plump.

How can I incorporate Nakery into my skincare routine?

Can I use Nakery serums under makeup?

Our serums and serum treatments work well under makeup for longevity and extra hydration, apply serums and let sit for a minute before going in with base makeup.

How do I use the Rapid Lift Multi-Peptide Serum? And when should I use it in my routine?

Rapid Lift is a super-concentrated, transforming facial serum - we recommend massaging + pressing into clean, dry skin after cleansing.

How do I use the Collagen Cream and Rapid Lift together?

Massage the Rapid Lift Multi-Peptide Serum first to clean, dry skin in an upward motion for CLINICALLY PROVEN lifting, firming and tightening. You can even apply around the eye area for an instant eye lift. Then apply the Collagen Cream on top to stimulate collagen and lock in the lift for instantly visible plumper, fuller skin.

Do I use the Powerboost+ and Lift Tox together or separately?

You can combine the two moisturizers together for extra, deep hydration or you can use Powerboost+ in the AM for a lightweight, boost of collagen + hydration.
Use Lift-Tox in the PM for a more dense, deep hydrator.

What order do I use body care products?

Your body should be treated exactly like your face!

  1. Cleanse/Exfoliate.

Can I use the SkinRestore Wash on my face and hair too?

Absolutely! SkinRestore Wash has a pH that works well with skin so it can be used on face, body and hair as a shampoo with built in conditioning treatment!

What benefits will I see from the body butter?

Lifting, firming, helps with stretch-marks, evening skin’s tone. It will also provide your daily dose of hydration!

Why did my Pressed Body Oil turn liquidy or seem oily?

The pressed oil is a solid balm, it can become soft as you use the product. Are you seeing a liquidy substance? This can happen in transit, and can be eased if put in the fridge to harden. We are also happy to replace the product should you not be satisfied!

What product(s) are best for fading hyperpigmentation and age/sun spots?

We recommend using either SkinBright AHA Serum Treatment or SkinRepair Double Retinol to target + erase any hyperpigmentation, melasma + sun/ age spots.

Can I use the SkinRecovery Magic Cream on my face?

SkinRecovery Magic Cream is a highly potent pain relief cream that's primarily formulated to aid in the soothing & relieving of aches, cramps, joints and stiffness + bruising! For skincare, we encourage using our range of facial-specific products designed to address your skin's unique needs. How do I use the Multi-Vitamin Tanning Serum, Endless Bronze Daily Dose Glotion and Endless Bronze Bronzing Blur Perfector?

Apply the Multi-Vitamin Tanning Treatment Serum onto clean, exfoliated skin first (you can apply by itself or mixed with your favorite.
SkinToning Body Butter), then apply the Endless Bronze Daily Dose Glotion on top for an even deeper, long lasting tan. Once you wash off the tanners and still wish to maintain the perfect bronze, apply the Endless Bronze Bronzing Blur Perfector on top for coverage without the commitment! Just wash off with soap and water!

Our unopened product shelf life is 2 years.

Do you use parabens?

No. We do not use parabens, synthetic fragrances, phthalates, or sulfates in any of our products.

Are your products gluten free?

We are driven to make products that actually work for you. We formulate with high-performance, good-for-you ingredients to deliver targeted solutions that deliver results. We avoid using ingredients you don’t need. Our products are free of sodium lauryl sulfates (SLS), sodium lauryl ether sulfates (SLES), parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, formaldehyde-releasing agents, mineral oils, hydroquinone, synthetic dyes, and more. We meet or exceed the standards of HSN Clean Beauty, QVC Clean Beauty, and Clean at Sephora.
