INTERNATIONAL BEAUTY DAY GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Giveaway Period

The Nakery Beauty International Beauty Day Giveaway (“Giveaway”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 8, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Nakery Beauty and its affiliated companies, agencies, and partners involved in the administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

Purchase Entry:

Make a qualifying purchase of $50 or more at NakeryBeauty.com during the Giveaway Period. Eligible customers will be automatically entered into the Giveaway.

The $50 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Free Entry — No Purchase Necessary:

To enter without making a purchase, complete and submit the official International Beauty Day Giveaway Entry Form during the Giveaway Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

A purchase is not required to enter or win and will not increase your chances of winning.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Nakery Beauty product basket with an approximate retail value of $500.

Prize products may vary based on availability. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Nakery Beauty reserves the right to substitute a prize or individual product with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be selected following the close of the Giveaway and announced during Nakery Beauty's TikTok LIVE on September 9, 2026.

The winner does not need to be present during the TikTok LIVE to win.

Nakery Beauty will also contact the potential winner using the email address or contact information associated with their qualifying order or free-entry form.

6. Winner Notification

The potential winner must respond to Nakery Beauty's notification within five (5) days of being contacted.

The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to fulfill the prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and acknowledge that the decisions of Nakery Beauty regarding the administration of the Giveaway and selection of the winner are final.

Nakery Beauty reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, submitted using false information, generated through automated means, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Nakery Beauty reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

8. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Nakery Beauty Privacy Policy.

Information provided for purposes of entering the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize.

9. TikTok Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that TikTok is not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or fulfillment of the prize.
