I used as directed and my hair was flat and limp. It also did not look as shiny as usual. I have very fine limp hair but didn't feel this was an improvement.

I am not complaining here.. these are just my observations. For starters the smell is very nice! Difficult to explain really.. it smells similar to the Dallas line from R+Co. If it has heat protective qualities then bonus.. do I think it plumps my thin hair? No. It makes my hair feel like styrofoam. Obviously if you’re smearing a product in your hair intended to “plump”, it’s going to feel some kind of way.. duh.. but it’s just weird.. I maybe wouldn’t smear it in roots to ends and use a different heat protectant on the hair shaft.. will I continue to use it? No (should have returned). Will it sit in my product drawer and take up space? Absolutely. Would I recommend this product? Well let me put it this way - I wouldn’t go out of my way to discourage someone from trying it. Just because I’m not a fan doesn’t mean it could be a game changer for someone else!
